Madhu and Xavier are neighbours in the same village. Xavier is the village school’s only teacher and Madhu is a farmer. During summer vacations, Madhu took Xavier’s permission to stock his produce in one of the school’s classrooms. A week before the vacations came to a close, Xavier asked Madhu to clear the classroom. However, Madhu went back on his word and refused to do so.

Xavier is worried as he would not be able to accommodate all the kids in the school due to an occupied classroom.

Hence, Xavier approaches the Nyay Panchayat with this problem.
