ANURAG SHARMA

Mr. Anurag Sharma has over two decades of experience in driving large-scale change across corporate and development sectors. His experience spans across large organisations such as Unilever, Honeywell, Capital One in India and the US and mid-size/startups such as Intelenet Global Services and IKS Health. In his earlier stint at Kaivalya Education (Piramal) Foundation, Mr. Sharma collaborated with Madhya Pradesh’s state government and NITI Aayog to lead transformation of 11,000 schools in five aspirational districts. In addition, he led a centre of excellence team to design a mechanism that would enable 100,000 government middle managers in becoming strong academic coaches.

Mr. Sharma has trained hundreds of leaders on “Structured Thinking & Communication” to solve complex problems using the pyramid principle. As a co-founder of the HATCH Mentoring Program, he works pro-bono to coach and mentor working professionals. He enjoys singing and is an avid Vipassana meditation practitioner. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from ICT (erstwhile UDCT, Mumbai) and an MBA from University of Maryland, College Park, USA.
