In times of distress and dejection, hope is what keeps us afloat. The Coronavirus pandemic has disrupted many aspects of our lives. In challenging times like these, it is important to believe that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
We at Desh Apnayen Sahayog Foundation invited students, teachers and parents from across India to write messages of hope and happiness in the form of a poem or a letter – in English or Hindi.
We are delighted to bring to you over 150 ‘Hope Notes’ penned down by our contributors – on World Mental Health Day 2021. We hope they bring a smile on your face and instil a sense of hope in you, our dear readers.

Hats off to all the children for lovy notes and poems
How I wish… If only the monthly activities were on this topic… Hope and Happiness… That is what is lacking among today’s children… More than any other awareness to live with hope and be filled with happiness should be as if implanted into the brains of children.. Unfortunately this is mot happening…
Beautiful expressions of Hope and Happiness in the form of Poetry and Letters by the children. Thank you Team Desh Apnayen for the task of compiling and sharing these beautiful thoughts.
